As a Summit Homebuyer you will have one of the most comprehensive home warranties offered with a 90 day and 11 month walkthrough with one of our construction managers as well as 3rd party 10 year Structural/ mechanical warranty purchased for every homeowner.

Summit Custom Homes also offers a Friends and Family Program. If you are a current Summit Homeowner and refer a friend or family member you will receive $500.00. If your home is under construction you will get $1,000 in free upgrades. Your friend or family member will receive $2,500 in Free upgrades in their new home. We want you to be excited about your Summit Home and share your experience with your friends and family.
