Warranty Information

Your new home is covered by one of the best warranties in the industry, the 2-10 Home Builder's Warranty program. Homeowners are covered for the first year of ownership against defects in material and workmanship. Homeowners may submit a Warranty Request Form on-line, by fax, or in writing by mail to our Warranty Administrator, Builder/Buyer Services Group, at both the 90-day and 11 month interval. Our warranty service companies will then contact you directly to schedule an appointment to make repairs during normal business hours. Of course, if an emergency occurs, you may submit a warranty claim immediately.

The 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty program extends your coverage for parts and labor on your mechanical systems including electrical, low voltage, plumbing, heating and air conditioning for an additional through the second year of ownership. Your foundation and framing is also covered by a AAA rated insurance backed warranty against structural defects and failure through the first 10-years of ownership. Best of all, your warranty coverage is completely transferable adding value if you decide to sell your home.
